This past week I finished up a shoot with two wonderful people, Rachel who works at our gallery and her husband Michael…oh and one other little person; Baby Maya! What a little super star this little baby is!! She’s just perfect. I’ve seen her a few times and never a tear, and I think it’s cause she’s so loved:). Had a really fun newborn session with her to welcome her to the world and shower her with photo love. Also got to meet Michael’s great grand parents and Rachel’s dad as they joined in on the shoot to keep Maya consistently loved and cared for. I’m loving the photos as there’s just nothing better to me than photographing people we care about. Rachel & Michael, hope you enjoy this quick sneak peek and sorry to keep you waiting. Darlene & Ryan and Their Entire Family in Vegas! Las Vegas Family Portraits!
My week in Vegas was filled with great shoots! But what was really fun was seeing a couple who’s wedding I photographed almost 10 years ago. Darlene & Ryan gave me a shout about a month ago telling me they were coming to Vegas and would I shoot their family photos….I was like…um….YESSSSS!! One of the greatest joys of my job is watching these wonderful couple’s families grow. It’s now Darlene, Ryan, Devin and Rin. These kids are super happy, active and very loved! Plus, their parents and Darlene’s brother and his family joined in on the fun! Just a great way to spend the morning. Great to see everyone after all this time!

That Devin was like a little super hero so I wanted to capture him in action! 
So what do I love about this picture? Well was trying to get a shot of Darlene’s mom loving the kids, but Rin was restless…and next thing I knew Devin was giving her some love to comfort her. Just a wonderful moment. Love her little face. 
Baby Amelia is Here!! Hooray!! Las Vegas Newborn Photography!
Last weekend I also had the absolute joy of seeing Lawrence & Sarah and their brand new baby girl Amelia! It was great to see them and meet this little lady!! She’s such a doll! She was so busy growing during our session, it seemed like she just kept eating and then giving us a few moments of her time…and then eating..and then eating…and then eating!! And it was just awesome to see these two new parents so in love with this little girl.

Well, last week was just a ton of fun! So many new babies to welcome and photograph and seeing clients I love so much was just wonderful. Two of my favorites, Melissa & Paco, who’s children I’ve photographed for years, welcomed a beautiful baby boy! And he’s a big, strong boy at that! What an adorable little man!! Grayson is just broad shouldered and beautiful!

Had a fun shoot this past weekend with an awesome new family! Well, since they are a referral from another awesome family I guess I’m not surprised that they rocked their photo shoot! Marc & Susan and their beautiful kids were just super nice people. And their son Reid was such a sport. The snow was really deep and of course he was all dressed for the shoot and took a fall immediately upon arrival. So he was chilly for the shoot but still got in there with his “A” game and just made it look like he was cozy and warm! Susan & Marc, thanks for letting me document your family. Happy New Year Everyone!! Yesterday was a crazy day with New Years Eve and all that’s happening…lots of folks here in town for the holidays and one family was brave enough to face -4 degree temperatures for their early morning shoot! The Grgas family!
A super sweet family, they were ready to go for the early morning but boy was it chilly outside!! We had a good time any way…:) In the beginning the kids were sort of with us for being agreeable, but that vanished pretty quickly. So we all did our best to keep everyone happy and having fun. Baby Noah is absolutely adorable. Perhaps one of the cutest babies I’ve photographed. And I absolutely loved that his awesome mommy & daddy wanted photos of him at six months in the snow!! He was such a great sport. Just happy happy happy. You can see how much this baby is loved. He is a gift and his parents love him to the moon and back. He’s joy and love. These past few weeks have been crazy busy….although I don’t get to blog every family I photograph, I do try to blog some of my favorites from each shoot. And from the Scheib family shoot, there were so many favorites, it was just hard to pick!
This family is wonderful! Just very very sweet and loving. And seriously all about fun with everyone else and each other! We had a really great morning out at the park shooting in the aspens. Had a fun time this past Wednesday with the Cabe family! They visited our Park City Gallery and decided it was time to give their wonderful mom a gift certificate for her birthday so she could have one really nice family photo, which is such a wonderful gift. Last week seemed like the perfect time to do a quick shoot with their family all here visiting. They were such a super sweet and friendly group, it was just a quick, great time shooting photos!

Had a few last minute bookings that I was able to squeeze in last week including Hannah’s Senior Pics!
Hannah is just gorgeous! And seriously photogenic so it was a total joy to shoot her last week on a gorgeous fall afternoon. This beautiful young girl is also an incredible soccer player who’ll be headed to college next year which is super exciting. She was looking forward to going to school in Park City and living in the mountains. So we decided some gorgeous fall pics would be amazing for Senior Pics!
