My last shoot of the holiday weekend was with an absolutely awesome family. Kitty and her family were so warm and welcoming I was pretty sure I should just stay and spend the holiday weekend with them! They were so welcoming and fun, it was a complete joy to be with them. They also brought along their furry friend Brick who I very much enjoyed meeting and cuddling with. Hope you guys return to Deer Valley soon! Much love, Trish
Last week I had a chance to photograph the Mackay family here at their home in the Colony in Park City, Utah. What a wonderful family! They were celebrating the holidays as well as celebrating their daughter’s engagement with a family trip to Park City! These kids were amazing! They did such a great job focusing on the camera and doing their best to make a wonderful family portrait. We had a really great time and I know they’ll be enjoying these photo memories of their Park City vacation forever. Thank you for sharing part of your holiday with me:) 
Had a super fun time with the Cohn family last weekend! These people were awesome!! It was only about 8 degrees outside, but thankfully they were all in for photo fun. The shoot was scheduled by Buzz, father and grandfather to this wonderful group to celebrate his 75th birthday! He wanted some nice family photos that were pretty straightforward in order to capture the grand kids as their family keeps growing. It was a bluebird day here in Park City at the McPolin Barn which made for a gorgeous backdrop. Thank you Cohn family for being so great to work with and Happy Birthday Buzz!! 
I was back in Vegas about a week and a half ago and had a wonderful time photographing Leneige & her beautiful family out at Mt. Charleston! The colors were really gorgeous for this shoot! We sort of caught the tail end of the leaves there, but it worked out great! She & her husband were total troopers for a little hill climb action to get the leaves and then we just went a little the other way to get the aspen trunks for a more wintery look. Leneige and I have worked together for years so it was really a total joy to meet her husband and sons. They were all so sweet and great to work with it was a really fun shoot!

Las week was a great week for shooting. I spent Friday morning with Kathy & Ben and their newborn baby Reese. And what a little bundle of joy he was!! A giant chunk of baby, my favorite kind of newborn shoot course, he was happy, funny, silly and everything that a baby should be. You just wanted to hug him and love him because he is absolutely so CUTE!!! And boy do they love him!! He was just getting smothered by everyone in sight because he was such a little love bug:). And of course, Kathy & Ben have become so much like family to us that I’m pretty sure I could have hung out at their house all day too. They just have such a gentle, wonderful kindness to them as a couple you always want to be in their company.

Had a super fun Saturday with Kencee & Josh and their twins Adam & Ben…they’ve just grown so much as they are now six months!!
It’s amazing to see how big they’ve gotten and their facial expressions…one of them greatly resembles Kencee and one of them greatly resembles Josh. And they both mimic Josh’s gestures which is just adorable!
They were smiley and happy for the majority of the shoot which was awesome and just as it began to rain it was time to call it a day! Kencee & Josh, so fun to see you both and the boys!! Just love their little faces and am looking forward to the 1 year old shoot!! Much love! Trish

Had a super super fun Wednesday morning with a family I absolutely love; the Tribus’!
They rolled up to Deer Valley from all parts of the country to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in Park City! Seems like they’ve been out every day since they arrived, horseback riding, hiking, riding the town lift, visiting the local watering holes, enjoying art and taking in the laid back mountain life style. It’s been so wonderful to have them here that the rain even gave us an hour long reprieve so we could do their family photos. Even though I had pregnancy brain the entire time and called the kids by the wrong names once or twice, we were all giggles and having fun enjoying a wonderful morning.
Craig, Melissa, Evan, Allison, Marilyn and kiddos, so wonderful to see everyone happy and meet new baby Asher!! Love you all and hope you enjoy your sneak peek!!! Much love, Trish and of course my hubby loves you too, Jared.

It has been a crazy week here in Park City! Rain, rain, buckets of rain!! Was all set to photograph John’s family outdoors in the aspens and then about 30 minutes before the shoot it was just dumping rain!! So, the following morning, I headed over to the Waldor Astoria, Park City for a family shoot in their gorgeous lobby. And this wonderful, gracious family just rolled with the punches. They’re here visiting for about a week for a family gathering and they were all smiles and fun at 8:30 in the morning as we did our shoot. They were just awesome!

Such an adorable baby!!
Last Friday I had the chance to photograph our good friend’s wedding here in Utah; Chip & Kasidy:). Chip has been such a wonderful friend since we arrived in Utah. He actually owns a ski/snowboard shop in our shopping center at Redstone and from the time we moved in at McMillen Fine Art, he welcomed us to his home state with open arms. He and my husband have become great friends and fishing buddies and now he’s married the love of his life, Kasidy. So we were not only glad to attend their reception and post wedding exit from the temple, I was glad to photograph it for them.
Chip & Kasidy, we wish you both all the love and happiness you can hold in your hearts and in your arms. Our advice to you, enjoy each other. Make your marriage about sharing your lives together and remember the most important thing is to never lose sight that home is always the most important place.:) We hope you enjoy the quick sneak peek and we’re so excited for both of you as you start this new journey!! Welcome to the family Chip….
Had a fun time this morning doing a quick, last minute shoot for the Moser family as they visited Park City for their family reunion. Mom wanted a nice family photo to remember the event and their beautiful family! Such adorable grand babies and they didn’t even mind walking a bit down to the big aspens above Wasatch State Park. Thank you Moser family for doing your best this morning; I know it was early, but you all did a great job as we all tried to keep the grand babies entertained:) Enjoy your Park City vacation!!
