My last shoot in Vegas was with a family that we pretty much call family; The Duke Family. I’ve been photographing these adorable babies since they joined us in this world. They are simply the cutest. most loving twins. They are so affectionate with mommy & daddy and each other, it just makes me feel great to know they’re on this planet with these wonderful parents.

We dealt with super high winds most of the shoot, but it barely phased these folks. They were resolve to have a great shoot, and so it was! We just ignored the wind and pushed forward!! And the result were some beautiful photos! Tanya & Bryan, we love you guys. Thank you for all of your love and support through the years. I’m always so glad to see you both! Last weekend, while I was out shooting portraits, I had an awesome time seeing families new and old that I’ve been photographing for years. One of those families is the Rodriguez family. I photographed their wedding several years ago and since then, their family has grown by two bundles of joy named Francisco & Xiomara.

What I love most about these amazing people is that their love for each other and their family just seems to get better and better through the years. Seeing them together I can still see the sweetness in their eyes and hearts for each other. Which I find just beautiful. They are two of the kindest people on earth. Little Baby Jameson is Here and Right On Time! Newborn Portrait Photography

Last weekend was a whirlwind of fun seeing so many of my favorite people and meeting someone who is new to the world; Little Jameson. Could this baby be any cuter or any sweeter? He had a hard time sleeping at the shoot because he was so excited about his first photo session, but I know he was having a good time. I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve seen a baby smile this many times in the first five minutes of a shoot! He’s obviously getting a lot of love and attention from some pretty awesome parents, grandparents and aunts and uncles…oh and of course, his adorable cousins too!

Will & Yvette Are Married at Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas! Las Vegas Wedding Photographer; Las Vegas Wedding Photography

About a week ago, I photographed an absolutely gorgeous wedding. The wedding of Will Costello & Yvette Garcia held at one of Las Vegas’ most exclusive properties, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

It goes without saying, that this event was incredible! The bride and groom are just beautiful together. Yvette was absolutely stunning in her amazing wedding gown and Will was completely classic, old school Vegas dapper! They were joined by their closest family and friends for this incredible day in their lives. The weather was perfect for photos despite high winds, and everyone was so fun and welcoming that it was just a fantastic time!

Will & Yvette, thank you for sharing the biggest day of your lives with me. You two are just going to have such an awesome life together filled with love, travel and adventure that I’m really looking forward to hearing all about it. Hope the honeymoon was incredible!! Last Saturday I shared the afternoon with the Archibald family here in Park City for family photos. Can I just tell you; they are the nicest, sweetest, cutest family you’ve ever met:). We had so much fun at their shoot! We laughed, we sang, we giggled…but mostly we ran with their 18 month old daughter Addie. Addie is just so CUTE! And what an adorable little outfit to boot. She is just a little slice of heaven and you can tell her parents think so too! She loves, loves, loves her doggy Niayah, who appears to be one of the best and most patient dogs ever!! And as a bonus we were able to squeeze out some of the last drops of fall color in the area. So gorgeous this time of year!

Archibald family, thank you so much for spending the afternoon with me and for playing along with all my silliness as I tried to get Addie to really have a fun experience. And thank you so much for bringing your AWESOME POOCH! She was really my assistant that day for sure!! Let me start by saying that Colby & Sarah have possibly created the cutest twins on earth. These two are so adorable and so sweet, honestly, you’ll get cavities just looking at them!! And their daughter Cecily is an absolute beauty as well! Their family is just beautiful! And of course add their adorable family to fall foliage and color and BOOM! You have photo MAGIC! It was a really great morning of shooting and perfect timing on the maples at Wasatch State Park here in Midway, Utah.

I’d also like to say that since we met Colby & Sarah, they’ve become wonderful friends. We’re really glad to have them in our lives and are so happy they have so much love in their family!! Enjoy your sneaker peeker you guys!! much love, Trish

I’m pretty sure I have one of the best jobs ever. And part of that job is watching the babies I photograph as neborns growing up and watching their awesome parents love them to pieces. I photographed little Beck when he was just home from the hospital and he was so adorable even then. Now he’s grown into a little boy and he’s even cuter now:). He was wearing the cutest little sweater and he’s just so well behaved and excited about all kinds of noises and new surroundings. Just great to see him as he grows and changes. He is love and a complete joy to be around. And the other total bonus was that for Angie & Link’s family shoot, we hit the colors right on! It was absolutely gorgeous in the apsens up high; so bright and colorful that it was yellow everywhere! Really was a fun afternoon with them after a crazy few days of weather.

When it comes to family photography, sometimes you just get extremely lucky when it comes to weather…and this wonderful family got extremely lucky with the weather!! We had to reschedule Joyce & Jeff’s shoot due to freezing rain and snow, however, the result of that reschedule was the first snowfall of the seasons with the aspens in full color!! So it actually turned out to be fantastic!

Joyce & Jeff are just two of the nicest, most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. They were so gracious and fun to be around that I really could have spent the entire day with them:). And their kids were just awesome too. They’re all so beautiful and funny, it just made for gorgeous fall family photos on their property at the Colony. Joyce & Jeff, congrats on your new home! Last weekend I had a great time photographing our awesome Veternarian, Kate Bjordahl and her beautiful family. Special guests for the shoot were their new kitty Flash and their new pup Potato! Can I just say that their kids are just adorable! Super funny characters so there were a lot of recon missions and captures to get these monkeys to make this shoot happen:) But truly, I could photograph little Ingrid all day. She is just the cutest with that adorable hairdo and her overall cutie pie look! It was a quick trip to grab some beautiful photos in the fall leaves and just a great morning with their family. Kate has been a part of our family since we met her. She’s just an amazing person with a wonderful heart for animals. This past weekend I shot an awesome wedding for two people that are absolutely IN LOVE! There were so many smiles this past weekend, so much love and happiness that honestly, I’ve felt great for the last week knowing these two people are in the world together.

John & Katrina, this union was clearly meant to be. I can truly say that there are so many absolutely wonderful photos that capture the feeling you both shared on your wedding day that it was hard for me to choose what to blog. But I narrowed it down to this….my LARGEST BLOG POST EVER! And here it is….

I want to thank you both for sharing this event in your lives with me. Your wedding day was really so fun and just so great to be a part of. I appreciate you trusting me with your memories. I hope you love ever moment as much as I do. Wishing you both an incredible ride in life that is filled with love, laughter and happy ever after.
